从近几年高校发生的一系列案件，反映出宿舍关系在大学生活学习中的重要性。本文从积极和消极作用正反两个方面分析高校宿舍关系对大学生心理发展的重要影响，分析当前大学宿舍关系中存在的问题及心理原因，并提出将心理健康教育融入宿舍管理、完善朋辈咨询发挥宿舍长的作用、加强宿舍管理、美化宿舍环境等方面引导大学生正确处理宿舍关系，提高心理健康水平。

A series of cases occurring in recent years reflect the im-portance of dormitory interpersonal relations in university stu-dents' living and learning. This paper analyzes the important in-fluence of dormitory interpersonal relations on university stu-dents' psychological health from both positive and negative as-pects, analyzes the current problems existing in university stu-dents' dormitory interpersonal relations and the psychological reasons, and proposes some measures to guide university students to correctly handle dormitory interpersonal relations and improve their psychological health. The measures are integrating psycho-logical health education into dormitory management, perfecting peer counseling and giving play to the dormitory head's role, en-hancing dormitory management, and beautifying dormitory envi-ronment.
