介绍了肺动脉高压的分类、健康相关生活质量（HRQOL）的概念、肺动脉高压病人 HRQOL的测评工具，从症状经历、活动耐力水平、睡眠质量、心理因素、社会支持、治疗带来的影响等方面综述了肺动脉高压病人健康相关生活质量的影响因素。建议可引进国外特异性量表或开发适合我国国情的疾病特异性量表，探讨我国肺动脉高压病人生活质量及其影响因素，为临床医护人员实施有针对性的干预措施和健康促进提供依据。

It introduced the classification of pulmonary hypertension, the concept of health related quality of life (HRQOL),HRQOL as-sessment tools of pulmonary hypertension patients.It reviewed the in-fluencing factors of pulmonary hypertension patient health related quality of life from aspects of symptoms experienced,activity endur-ance levels,quality of sleep,psychological factors,social support and the affect of treatment.It suggested that we should introduce the for-eign specificity scales or develop the disease specific scales suited to China’s national conditions,so as to probe into the quality of life and its influencing factors of pulmonary hypertension patients,in order to provide basis for clinical medical staff carrying out targeted interven-tion measures and health promotion.
