Stator windings of the PM synchronous mo-tor with U-shaped core were connected by two concentrated winding in series. Usually, the copper enameled wire was employed within the diameter from 0.21mm to 0.40mm while circular winding process was conducted. The tech-nology of applying aluminum wire to replace the original copper wire was proved feasible in the practice of the pro-duction of this motor, thus, the cost advantages became very obvious. The technical solutions were introduced in detail in the fields of electromagnetic program adjustments, aluminum wire winding, aluminum wire faded paint, alu-minum wire welding, corrosion protection and etc.
