大容量励磁机离心式铸造风扇的整体铸造难度大,拟采用成熟可靠的焊接风扇来代替。因而对两者的机械强度、气动性能和轴系动力特性进行了对比。通过分析表明两种风扇在三种工况的轴系动力特性基本一致,电厂的实际运行也证明改进设计后的焊接风扇是安全可靠的。
大容量勵磁機離心式鑄造風扇的整體鑄造難度大,擬採用成熟可靠的銲接風扇來代替。因而對兩者的機械彊度、氣動性能和軸繫動力特性進行瞭對比。通過分析錶明兩種風扇在三種工況的軸繫動力特性基本一緻,電廠的實際運行也證明改進設計後的銲接風扇是安全可靠的。

It was very difficult to utilize the casting technology to build up the centrifugal blower of the large capacity exciter, thus, reliable welding blower would be adopted to replace it. The mechanical strength proper-ties, aerodynamic performance and shaft train dynamic characteristics between casting and welding blowers were compared. The analysis result indicated that dynamic char-acteristics under three test conditions of both were basically identical. The welding blower was proved safe and reliable.
