探讨门冬胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年患者2型糖尿病临床疗效及应用价值。选择我院治疗的老年2型糖尿病患者128例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予瑞格列奈治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予门冬胰岛素治疗，观察治疗效果。观察组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白降低幅度优于对照组，组间对比经统计学分析，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。采用门冬胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年患者2型糖尿病疗效可靠，能够有效控制患者血糖情况，不增加不良反应，值得在临床上大力推广使用。

Objective Discuss the insulin aspart combine nai raigor column treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes clinical curative ef-fect and application value.methods Choose our hospital treatment of 128 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group given repaglinide treatment, observation group in the control group given on the basis of insulin aspart therapy, to observe the treatment effect..Result Observation group of patients after treatment, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, fasting glucose a1c reduction is better than that of control group, compared between groups after statistics analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups of treatment in patients with adverse reactions occurred during the study there was no statisti-cally significant difference compared (P>0.05).Conclusion The insulin aspart associated repaglinide reliable efficacy in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, patients can effectively control blood sugar condition, no increase in adverse reactions, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
