探讨隆乳术后的MRI诊断价值。收集20例隆乳术后患者的乳腺MRI图像，观察各种类型乳房假体及其术后并发症的MRI表现。聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶假体组11例，其中1例2只乳房内水凝胶假体完整；10例20只乳房内假体破裂，水凝胶不同程度向周围扩散，乳房皮下、腺体内、乳后间隙、胸肌内见不规则水凝胶分布，高信号水凝胶假体内见多发条带状短T2低信号分隔影。 MR检查可显示乳房假体的类型，准确直观地显示假体形态位置，及假体破裂的类型、内容物泄漏的位置、范围。为临床手术及随访复查提供全面的信息。

objective:to explore the postoperative MRI diagnostic value in breast augmentation. Methods: collected 20 cases of patients with breast augmentation surgery breast MRI images, to observe various types of breast implants and MRI manifestation of postoperative complica-tions. Results:polyacrylamide hydrogel implant group of 11 cases, including 1 case of two internal waters gel breast prosthesis is complete;10 cases of breast prosthesis is broken, and only 20 water gel diffusion around to different level, the breast skin, glands, milk after clearance, chest muscle in irregular distribution of water gel, high signal hydrogel article false body see multiple strip short low T2 signal separation. Conclusion: MR examination can show the type of breast prosthesis, prosthesis visual form accurately position, and the type of implant rup-ture, contents leak location, scope. Provide comprehensive information for clinical surgery and followed up for review.
