本文通过文献资料法、实地考察法，对青海地区体育旅游资源现状进行调查、分析、研究，结果发现，高海拔地区受到地理条件、社会条件等约束，虽然体育旅游资源丰富，开发潜力巨大，但存在着开发形式粗放、经营方式传统、可持续发展后劲不足等问题。本文通过对以上问题的分析，尝试性地提出体育资源开发和可持续发展策略，为高海拔地区体育旅游资源开发及地区经济发展提供参考和决策依据。
본문통과문헌자료법、실지고찰법，대청해지구체육여유자원현상진행조사、분석、연구，결과발현，고해발지구수도지리조건、사회조건등약속，수연체육여유자원봉부，개발잠력거대，단존재착개발형식조방、경영방식전통、가지속발전후경불족등문제。본문통과대이상문제적분석，상시성지제출체육자원개발화가지속발전책략，위고해발지구체육여유자원개발급지구경제발전제공삼고화결책의거。
Through using the method of literature review ,on -the -spot investigation ,analysis and research to the current situation of the sports tourism resources in Qinghai area. It is clear that high alti-tude areas affected by geographical conditions ,social conditions and other constraints ,although the sports tourism resources are rich and the development potential is huge ,but the problem of development ,exten-sive management style of traditional sustainable development lacks of stamina. This paper tries to put for-ward the development of sports resources and the sustainable development strategy ,and provide a refer-ence basis for decision making for the economic development of the high attitude area sports tourism re-sources development and regional economics development through the analysis of the above problems.
