目的:通过对高海拔地区不同年龄组之间、以及高海拔与低海拔老年组体检人群心脏彩超基础数据进行对比分析,观察各年龄段男女心脏结构和功能基础数据变化规律,为降低心脏疾患的发生,提供可参考影像数据。方法:采用实时超声心动图,对来自高海拔和低海拔地区健康体检者进行心脏形态学及功能学数据测量,采用统计学方法对高海拔男、女组各年龄段之间,以及对高海拔与低海拔老年男、女组体检人群测量数据进行对比分析,得出相应结果。结果:男、女性主动脉根部最大径、肺动脉最大径、左房前后径、右室流出道最大径及室间隔厚度最大径随着年龄增长逐渐增大,60岁以上组增大最为显著,与小于30岁组比较具有明显统计学意义。男性主动脉最大流速及压差、MV-E/A、TV-E/A、SV(每搏输出量)等指标,随着年龄增长主动脉最大流速逐渐下降,压差逐渐加大;MV-E/A及TV-E/A值降低趋势。高海拔与低海拔老年组体检人群男女两组比较室间隔厚度没有明显统计学差异,余指标均有差异。结论:超声心动图能够准确测量心脏结构和功能的基础数据。在高海拔地区随着年龄的逐渐增大心脏功能逐渐降低、尤其是老年组与平原地区相比具有差异,但差异不显著。

목적:통과대고해발지구불동년령조지간、이급고해발여저해발노년조체검인군심장채초기출수거진행대비분석,관찰각년령단남녀심장결구화공능기출수거변화규률,위강저심장질환적발생,제공가삼고영상수거。방법:채용실시초성심동도,대래자고해발화저해발지구건강체검자진행심장형태학급공능학수거측량,채용통계학방법대고해발남、녀조각년령단지간,이급대고해발여저해발노년남、녀조체검인군측량수거진행대비분석,득출상응결과。결과:남、녀성주동맥근부최대경、폐동맥최대경、좌방전후경、우실류출도최대경급실간격후도최대경수착년령증장축점증대,60세이상조증대최위현저,여소우30세조비교구유명현통계학의의。남성주동맥최대류속급압차、MV-E/A、TV-E/A、SV(매박수출량)등지표,수착년령증장주동맥최대류속축점하강,압차축점가대;MV-E/A급TV-E/A치강저추세。고해발여저해발노년조체검인군남녀량조비교실간격후도몰유명현통계학차이,여지표균유차이。결론:초성심동도능구준학측량심장결구화공능적기출수거。재고해발지구수착년령적축점증대심장공능축점강저、우기시노년조여평원지구상비구유차이,단차이불현저。
Objective To comparatively analyze the UCG (ultrasonic cardiogram )basic datas of physical examination people among different age groups in high altitude area and between high and low altitude eld -erly group .To observe the variation of basic datas of cardiac structure and function of men and women of all ages .To provide imaging reference data in order to reduce the occurrence of heart disease ,Methods We measured cardiac morphological and functional datas of healthy physical examination people of high and low altitude areas by using real - time UCG .We used statistical methods to comparatively analyze the measure-ment datas of men and women in altitude area of all ages and men and women in elderly groups between high and low altitude .And we got the results .Results The maximum diameter of aortic root and pulmonary artery ,left atrial diameter and right ventricular outflow tract maximum diameter of male and female in -crease with age ,especially the group over 60 years old .There is obvious statistical significance between the group over 60 years old and the group less than 30 years old .The maximum flow velocity and pressure difference of male aorta and MV - E/A and TV - E/A value decreases .There is no statistical difference be-tween male and female group of both high and low altitude areas physical examination people .But there are in the other indexes .Conclusion UCG can accurately measure the basic data of cardiac structure and func-tion .With the increasing of high altitude area people’s age the function of heart decreases ,especially be-tween the elderly groups of high altitude area and plain area .But the difference is not significant .
