目的：探讨中西医结合治疗儿童过敏性紫癜关节型的临床疗效。方法：将40例过敏性紫癜关节型患儿随机分为单纯西医治疗组（对照组）与中西医结合治疗组（治疗组）。对照组采用西药肾上腺皮质激素、维生素C、抗组胺药、葡萄糖酸钙、抗凝治疗等，并行抗感染综合治疗。治疗组在对照组用药的基础上，根据中医辨证，自拟祛风化湿通络消癜汤等内服加消肿止痛散淤消癜汤外治法治疗。结果：治疗组临床治愈率85．7％，总有效率95．2％；对照组临床治愈率68．4％，总有效率89．5％。治疗组治愈率、总有效率均高于对照组，差异有显著性（ P＜0．05），两组临床治愈患者随访3个月，治疗组21例中复发1例，复发率为4．8％，对照组复发2例，复发率10．5％，两组复发率比较有显著差异（P＜0．05），治疗组复发率明显低于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜关节型疗效显著，能有效提高治愈率，缩短病程，减少复发率，其疗效优于单纯西医治疗，适于临床推广应用。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료인동과민성자전관절형적림상료효。방법：장40례과민성자전관절형환인수궤분위단순서의치료조（대조조）여중서의결합치료조（치료조）。대조조채용서약신상선피질격소、유생소C、항조알약、포도당산개、항응치료등，병행항감염종합치료。치료조재대조조용약적기출상，근거중의변증，자의거풍화습통락소전탕등내복가소종지통산어소전탕외치법치료。결과：치료조림상치유솔85．7％，총유효솔95．2％；대조조림상치유솔68．4％，총유효솔89．5％。치료조치유솔、총유효솔균고우대조조，차이유현저성（ P＜0．05），량조림상치유환자수방3개월，치료조21례중복발1례，복발솔위4．8％，대조조복발2례，복발솔10．5％，량조복발솔비교유현저차이（P＜0．05），치료조복발솔명현저우대조조。결론：중서의결합치료과민성자전관절형료효현저，능유효제고치유솔，축단병정，감소복발솔，기료효우우단순서의치료，괄우림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of children allergic purpura joint type of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine .Methods:40 cases of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura joint type were randomly divided into western medicine treatment group (control group) in combination with traditional Chi-nese and western medicine treatment group (treatment group) .The control group treated with western medicine of ad-renal cortical hormone ,vitamin C ,antihistamines ,calcium gluconate ,anticoagulant therapy ,anti infection treatment in parallel .The treatment group in the control group based on the use of drugs ,according to the Chinese medicine dia-lectical ,with Qufeng Huashi Tongluo Xiaodian soup for oral drugs ,and Xiaozhong Zhitong Sanyu Xiaodian soup for external treatment .Results:The cure rate was 85 .7% in treating group ,the total efficiency of 95 .2% ;control group , clinical cure rate was 68 .4% ,the total efficiency of 89 .5% .The cure rate ,total effective rate was higher than that of the control group ,there was significant difference (P< 0 .05) ,two clinical cure patients were followed up for 3 months ,1 case in the treatment group of 21 cases of recurrence ,the recurrence rate was 4 .8% ,control group 2 cases of recurrence ,the recurrence rate was 10 .5% ,the recurrence rate between the two groups had significant difference (P<0 .05) ,the relapse rate in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group .Conclusion:Combining tradi-tional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura joint type ,can effectively improve the cure rate ,shorten the course ,reduce the recurrence rate ,the curative effect is better than the pure western medicine treat-ment ,and it is suitable for clinical application .
