目的:了解手术室专科护士培训后临床使用效果,为手术室专科护士核心能力构建和培训模式提供理论依据。方法自行设计问卷,临床使用效果调查包括5个维度:临床技术能力、应急能力、教学能力、科研能力和个人发展。追踪调查2009-2012年湖北省142名手术室专科护士临床使用效果。结果142名手术室专科护士培训后在职称和职务上均有显著提升(P<0.01);本组专科护士中,70%~80%认为临床技术能力方面提高效果显著;50.7%~69.0%认为应急能力提高效果显著;50.7%~62.0%认为教学能力提高效果显著;30.3%~67.6%认为科研能力提高效果显著,其中67.6%认为发现问题能力提高显著;31.7%~84.5%认为个人发展空间增加,其中31.7%认为专科护士待遇显著提高。结论手术室专科护士核心能力较培训前有所提高,但还未能达到理想的结果,建立临床手术室专科护士培训模式,规范手术室专科护士岗位使用,是促进手术室专科护士发展的重要保证。

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of clinical nurse specialists in operating room after training and to provide theoretical basis to the construction of core ability of and the training mode for nurse specialists in operation room. Methods A self-designed clinical application effect questionnaire including five dimensions as clinical technical ability, emergency ability, teaching ability, scientific research ability, personal development was applied to survey 142 nurse specialists in operating room from 2009 to 2012. Results There was great change in professional title and position of nurse specialists after training (P<0.01). Of the total, 70% ~80% of them believed their clinical technical ability had been significantly improved and there were more opportunities for personal development, meanwhile 50.7% ~69.0% believed that emergency response capacity was improved significantly, and 50.7%~62.0% believed that teaching ability was improved significantly. About 30.3%~67.6% of the specialists believed that their scientific research was improved, of which 67.6% thought that their ability to find out problems was improved significantly and 31.7% thought that their payment had been significantly enhanced. Conclusion Core ability of nurse specialist in operating room has been improved after training but still needs to be further enhanced.Establishment of training mode and criterion of job application are important to promote the development of nurse specialists in operating room.
