目的：探索临床药师在癌痛规范化治疗中发挥的作用。方法：采用前瞻性对照研究方法，将2013年3月-2014年3月本院化疗一科住院的且符合病例选择标准的160例癌痛患者间隔分为观察组和对照组，每组各80例，对照组给予相应对症治疗，观察组加入药学监护干预，由临床药师参与制定药物治疗计划。比较两组患者疼痛的缓解程度及用药依从性情况。结果：观察组疼痛评分显著降低，用药依从性有显著改善，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：临床药师在癌痛规范化治疗中可提高癌痛控制水平，提高患者用药依从性，改善患者生活质量。
목적：탐색림상약사재암통규범화치료중발휘적작용。방법：채용전첨성대조연구방법，장2013년3월-2014년3월본원화료일과주원적차부합병례선택표준적160례암통환자간격분위관찰조화대조조，매조각80례，대조조급여상응대증치료，관찰조가입약학감호간예，유림상약사삼여제정약물치료계화。비교량조환자동통적완해정도급용약의종성정황。결과：관찰조동통평분현저강저，용약의종성유현저개선，여대조조비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론：림상약사재암통규범화치료중가제고암통공제수평，제고환자용약의종성，개선환자생활질량。
Objective:To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the standard treatment of cancer pain. Method:Used prospective to controlled study,a total of 160 patients undergoing cancer pain and meeting the criteria of patients selection were selected in the chemotherapy department of our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 and interval was divided into the observation group(n=80)and the control group(n=80). The control group was given symptomatic treatment accordingly,clinical pharmacists carried out pharmaceutical care and participated the programs of drug treatment in the observation group. The degree of relieve pain and the patients’ compliance of medication in the two groups were compared.Result:After pharmaceutical care and treatment,suggested by clinical pharmacists,the pain scores of the observation group were significant reduction,and the compliance of medication were significantly improved which compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical pharmacist can control to increase the level of pain in standard treatment of cancer pain,improve the compliance of patients’ medication,and improve the quality of life for patients.
