翻转课堂是近年来风靡全球的新型教学模式,借助现代信息技术翻转传统的教学模式,凸显学生自主学习、以学定教,将课堂教学改革推向更核心的地带。探索在休闲体育课程教学中采用翻转课堂的可行性和本土实践的设想思路及推进的价值和意义,构建具有本土化的休闲体育课程翻转课堂教学“三二二一”模型,即内容设计与课程开发、自主学习与问题反馈、双向交流与知识内化三个阶段;师生两个层面;双向努力、课前课后两个阵地;一个以学生学习为目标的信息平台。同时从网络平台互动交流,数字化休闲体育教材开发,大数据技术下虚拟教室在线学习,凸显传统休闲体育前置学习阶段等方面对实施的路径进行多样化探讨。

Flipped Class Model is a new teaching model that is very popular in the world in recent years.With the help of modern information technology,it flips the traditional teaching model.By fousing on students′independent learning and teaching methods determined by students′needs,it pushs forward the reform of classroom teaching into more central areas.This article tries to probe the feasibility,design ideas, value and significance of adopting flipped class model to leisure sports teaching in China and construct the model of flipped class with Chinese charaters.This model contains the four elements:three stages,i.e.content design and courses development,in-dependent learning and question feedback,two-way communication and internalization of knowledge;two levels, i.e.teachers and students;two dimensions,i.e.two-way effort,before and after class;one platform,i.e. an information platform for student learning.Meanwhile,this article discusses the method of implementing flipped class teaching from the following aspects:interacting on network platform;developing digitized leisure sports teach-ing materials;learning online in virtual classroom in the context of big data;highlighting the importance of pre-study phase of traditional leisure sports teaching.
