学科建设是高校建设和发展的基础工作也是根本性工作,学科建设水平提升了,学位点建设必然会取得成效。学位点建设作为学科建设的高起点,日益受到高校的重视。然而,不少高校在学位点建设中存在着多自发欠规划、重申报缓建设、重增设轻需求等问题。学科建设应当遵循其内在的需求和规律,注重学科交融,产生大量的前沿性、跨学科的增长点来推动学位点的发展。具体地讲,应该加强学科的重组与整合,培育新的学位点;加强学科的贯通和交融,增拓新的学位点;加强学科的创新与发展,优化原有学位点。

Disciplinary construction is a fundamental work and also a core part of university construction and devel-opment.With sharp promotion in this aspect,the academic degree program will naturally reach high efficacy.As a highlight of the disciplinary construction,the academic degree program construction has gradually aroused concerns and attention among the colleges and universities.However,there still exist deficiencies in the process in some schools,such as spontaneity overweighing planning,project application gooing prior to construction,focusing on adding new dsiciplines without considering demands.And worst of all,some schools put emphasis on the interdisci-plinary blending,but only tend to roughly make arbitrary arrangemntts by knocking different disciplines together. Disciplinary construction and interdisciplinary blending are supposed to abide by the internal demands and rules,to make authentic interdisciplinary blending realized,to generate new and leading interdisciplinary growth points and to push further the development of academic degree program.To be more specific,we should recombine,integrate and cultivate new academic degree progams,emphasize interdisciplinary blending and create new academic degree programs,and focus on disciplinary innovation and optimize the old academic degree programs.
