目的：探讨清胃方在幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）相关性胃炎实证治疗中的应临床疗效。方法：选取120例Hp相关性胃炎实证患者，按随机数字表方法分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组仅给予西药进行治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予清胃方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗后Hp转阴率。结果：对照组总有效率为83.33%，显著低于观察组的93.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组治疗后Hp转阴率为86.67%，显著低于观察组的96.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合疗法在Hp相关性胃炎实证治疗中的临床疗效显著，Hp转阴率较高，值得推广应用。

목적：탐토청위방재유문라선간균（Hp）상관성위염실증치료중적응림상료효。방법：선취120례Hp상관성위염실증환자，안수궤수자표방법분위대조조여관찰조각60례。대조조부급여서약진행치료，관찰조재대조조기출상급여청위방치료。비교량조림상료효、치료후Hp전음솔。결과：대조조총유효솔위83.33%，현저저우관찰조적93.33%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；대조조치료후Hp전음솔위86.67%，현저저우관찰조적96.67%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：중서의결합요법재Hp상관성위염실증치료중적림상료효현저，Hp전음솔교고，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the effect of Qingwei prescriptions on helicobacter pylori(Hp)relevant chronic gastritis with syndrome of positive.Method:120 patients with Hp relevant chronic gastritis of positive syndrome were selected,They were randomly divide into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each. The patients in the two groups were given the same drugs of Western medicine,and the patients in the observation group were given Qingwei prescriptions. Two-week treatment made a course,the effects and negativity turning rate of Hp of the two groups were observed.Result:After the treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33%in the observation group,and 86.33%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The negativity turning rate of Hp was 96.67%in the observation group,and 86.67%in the control group,the difference of which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of the integrative medicine is of better therapeutic effect to Hp relevant chronic gastritis of positive,is worth popularization and application.
