目的:本研究旨在证明人血清直接培养乳鼠成纤维细胞是可行的。方法:将乳鼠成纤维细胞分别在胎牛血清及人血清中培养,通过在显微镜下观察成纤维细胞形态及密度,同时用MTT比色法检测吸光度来对比成纤维细胞在胎牛血清及人血清中的增殖活性。结果:两种实验方法均显示:两组成纤维细胞在第一天的增殖活性无显著性差异,第四天人血清组的成纤维细胞增殖明显比胎牛血清组活跃。结论:乳鼠成纤维细胞在人血清中不仅可以存活,而且有增殖行为。

목적:본연구지재증명인혈청직접배양유서성섬유세포시가행적。방법:장유서성섬유세포분별재태우혈청급인혈청중배양,통과재현미경하관찰성섬유세포형태급밀도,동시용MTT비색법검측흡광도래대비성섬유세포재태우혈청급인혈청중적증식활성。결과:량충실험방법균현시:량조성섬유세포재제일천적증식활성무현저성차이,제사천인혈청조적성섬유세포증식명현비태우혈청조활약。결론:유서성섬유세포재인혈청중불부가이존활,이차유증식행위。
Objective:To prove that human serum directly is feasible to culture rat fibroblasts. Method:Rat fibroblasts were cultured in serum and fetal bovine serum,by observing the morphology and density of fibers under a microscope,and with the MTT ratio test to compare the absorbance of cells into proliferative activity in serum and fetal bovine serum. Result:There was no significant difference between two groups in the first day;but the fibroblast’s proliferation rate in human serum was higher than in fetal bovine serum. Conclusion:Neonatal rat fibroblasts in human serum can survive and proliferate in human serum.
