目的：分析目前外科治疗痔病的微创方法，为临床外科痔病的手术方法选择提供参考。方法：介绍现代微创治疗方法，探讨各种微创方式的理论依据，总结不同微创治疗方法的适应证、手术操作和并发症。结果：现代医学治疗痔病已向保留肛垫的结构、复位肛垫的方向转变，各个阶段、不同症状的痔病适用于不同的治疗方法，各种微创治疗有其相应的适用性和局限性。结论：痔的外科微创治疗方法有其相应的适应证，不同阶段的痔病应根据症状来选择手术方法。

목적：분석목전외과치료치병적미창방법，위림상외과치병적수술방법선택제공삼고。방법：개소현대미창치료방법，탐토각충미창방식적이론의거，총결불동미창치료방법적괄응증、수술조작화병발증。결과：현대의학치료치병이향보류항점적결구、복위항점적방향전변，각개계단、불동증상적치병괄용우불동적치료방법，각충미창치료유기상응적괄용성화국한성。결론：치적외과미창치료방법유기상응적괄응증，불동계단적치병응근거증상래선택수술방법。
Objective:To analyze the surgical treatment of hemorrhoids minimally invasive method,and provide reference for selection of operation method of clinical surgery hemorrhoid disease. Method:Introduced the modern minimally invasive treatment methods,discussed the theoretical basis of various minimally invasive way,summarized the different minimally invasive treatment method which adapted to the operation,complications and operative procedure. Result:Modern medical treatment of hemorrhoids disease had been turned into retention anal cushion structure,to avoided the destruction of the anal cushion. Different symptoms of hemorrhoids sickness was suitable for the different treatment methods. And various minimally invasive therapy had its applicability and limitations. Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgical treatment of hemorrhoids has its indication,the operation method should be selected according to the symptoms.
