目的：研究适合于基层医院开展的微创大隐静脉电凝术。方法：分析2007年3月-2013年3月使用微创大隐静脉电凝术治疗的268例（315条肢体）大隐静脉患者的临床资料。结果：全部病例均手术成功。单侧肢体手术时间为30~56 min，平均44 min，住院时间3~14 d，平均5.3 d，住院总费用938.2~3256.5元，平均2102.6元。并发条索样硬结52条（16.5%），局部炎性肿块30条（9.5%），皮肤灼伤16条（5.1%），内踝处皮肤感觉异常5条（1.6%）。术后随访1~3年，局部复发6条（1.9%），无下肢深静脉血栓、肺栓塞发生。结论：经过改进的微创大隐静脉电凝术创伤小、手术操作简便、恢复时间短、术后美观、效果好，不但节省了医院成本，并且使患者在基层医院应用较低的医疗费用，就能得到微创治疗，是一种适合基层医院开展的治疗方法。
목적：연구괄합우기층의원개전적미창대은정맥전응술。방법：분석2007년3월-2013년3월사용미창대은정맥전응술치료적268례（315조지체）대은정맥환자적림상자료。결과：전부병례균수술성공。단측지체수술시간위30~56 min，평균44 min，주원시간3~14 d，평균5.3 d，주원총비용938.2~3256.5원，평균2102.6원。병발조색양경결52조（16.5%），국부염성종괴30조（9.5%），피부작상16조（5.1%），내과처피부감각이상5조（1.6%）。술후수방1~3년，국부복발6조（1.9%），무하지심정맥혈전、폐전새발생。결론：경과개진적미창대은정맥전응술창상소、수술조작간편、회복시간단、술후미관、효과호，불단절성료의원성본，병차사환자재기층의원응용교저적의료비용，취능득도미창치료，시일충괄합기층의원개전적치료방법。
Objective:To study the suitable for the grass-roots hospitals in minimally invasive great saphenous vein electric coagulation. Method:To analyze in March 2007 to March 2013 the clinical data of 268 patients(315 limbs) with great saphenous vein,who were used minimally invasive treatment of great saphenous vein electric coagulation. Result:All cases were successful operation. Unilateral limb surgery time was 30-56 min,an average of 44 min, hospitalization time 3-14 days,an average of 5.3 days,the hospital total cost 938.2 yuan to 3256.5 yuan,2102.6 yuan on average. To send a cable sample scleroma 52(16.5%),local inflammatory mass article 30(9.5%),skin burns 16(5.1%), medial malleolus skin paresthesia 5(1.6%). Postoperative followed-up of 1-3 years,local recurrence 6(1.9%),no lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Conclusion:Improves minimally invasive great saphenous vein electric coagulation small trauma,operation and convenient operation,short recovery time and postoperative beautiful,effect is good,not only saves the cost of the hospital,and make the patients in basic-level hospitals use lower health care costs,can get minimally invasive treatment,it is a kind of suitable for basic-level hospitals for treatment.
