目的:系统评价健康教育护理干预对儿童哮喘疗效的疗效影响。方法:计算机全面检索健康教育护理干预对儿童哮喘疗效的随机对照试验的中文文献,检索日期截止至2014年7月6日,由两位研究者独立对纳入研究进行方法学质量评价,并进行资料提取,采用RevMan 4.2软件从住院次数、急诊次数、急性发作次数、住院天数、最大呼气流速(PEF)值、PEF预计值%、用药依从性、临床总有效率、复发率9个方面进行Meta分析。结果:共16篇文献符合纳入标准。Meta分析结果显示健康教育护理干预组与常规治疗组相比,在住院次数、急诊次数、急性发作次数、PEF预计值%、用药依从性、临床总有效率、复发率方面比较,差异具有统计学意义;而住院天数、最大呼气流速(PEF)教育干预组与常规治疗组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:现有临床证据表明针对患有哮喘的儿童或家长采取常规治疗外的健康教育干预,对患儿治疗效果的改善起到了一定的积极作用。但由于纳入研究质量所限,尚需开展更多高质量的研究进一步分析。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of health education nursing intervention on childhood asthma by meta-analysis. Method:Computer comprehensive retrieved literatures in Chinese about randomized controlled trial in childhood asthma by health education nursing intervention. Retrieval date was until 6 July,2014,the study and data was evaluated and extracted independently by two researchers. The data was analyzed by Meta-analysis on Rev Man 4.2 software. Result:16 literatures met the inclusion criteria. Result of Meta-analysis showed:compared with conventional therapy group,there was significant difference between the two groups on Number of hospitalizations,emergency department visits,acute onset times,PEF% predicted values,medication compliance,the total clinical efficiency, and the recurrence rate. There was no significant difference between the 2 groups on The number of days in hospital and peak expiratory flow(PEF)values. Conclusion:Clinic evidences confirms that health education nursing intervention on Childhood Asthma can improved Childhood Asthma therapeutic effect,but due to the limitation of the research quality, more high-quality clinical trials research should be carried out and analyzed deeply.
