目的：分析蜗性听力损失伴耳鸣患者畸变产物耳声发射，耳鸣频率两者之间的关系。方法：DPOAE以系统自带的设置，其中f1：f2=1.22，f2频率范围0.553~8.837 kHz，L1=65 dBSPL，L2=55 dBSPL，测定常规频率（125 Hz~8 kHz）的纯音听阈，并进行耳鸣匹配测试。结果：耳鸣频率与DPOAE比较，耳鸣频率在3000 Hz，4000 Hz，6000 Hz，8000 Hz的有175耳（78.5%），DPOAE F2幅值下降频率在3125 Hz、4416 Hz、6250 Hz、8837 Hz的有194耳（86.7%），耳鸣频率与DPOAE F2幅值下降频率具有一一对应关系的为46耳（20.1%）。结论：耳鸣的频率范围与DPOAE下降频率范围在蜗性聋中有对应关系，但不存在一一对应的关

Objective:To discuss the relationship between the DPOAF of patient with cochlea hearing losing and tinnitus frequency. Method:DPOAE was induced by parading original sound. f1 and f2(f1:f2=1.22,f2 frequency range,0.553-8.837 kHz,L1=65 dBSPL,L2=55 dBSPL),pure tone signals,were used to measure the routine frequency of pure tone audiometry and test tinnitus matching. Result:Comparing with the relationship between Pure Tone Audiometry and DPOAE,it had 175 ears(78.5%). The tinnitus frequency were 3000 Hz,4000 Hz,6000 Hz, 8000 Hz. DPOAE F2 amplitude dropping frequency range was 3125 Hz,4416 Hz,6250 Hz,and 8837 Hz. There was 194 ears(86.7%). DPOAE and tinnitus frequency F2 amplitude decrease frequency were one to one correspondence. It had 46 ears(20.1%). Conclusion:The relationship between tinnitus frequency and DPOAE decrease frequency is corresponding. They are not one to one correspondence.
