目的:分析蜗性听力损失伴耳鸣患者畸变产物耳声发射,耳鸣频率两者之间的关系。方法:DPOAE以系统自带的设置,其中f1:f2=1.22,f2频率范围0.553~8.837 kHz,L1=65 dBSPL,L2=55 dBSPL,测定常规频率(125 Hz~8 kHz)的纯音听阈,并进行耳鸣匹配测试。结果:耳鸣频率与DPOAE比较,耳鸣频率在3000 Hz,4000 Hz,6000 Hz,8000 Hz的有175耳(78.5%),DPOAE F2幅值下降频率在3125 Hz、4416 Hz、6250 Hz、8837 Hz的有194耳(86.7%),耳鸣频率与DPOAE F2幅值下降频率具有一一对应关系的为46耳(20.1%)。结论:耳鸣的频率范围与DPOAE下降频率范围在蜗性聋中有对应关系,但不存在一一对应的关

Objective:To discuss the relationship between the DPOAF of patient with cochlea hearing losing and tinnitus frequency. Method:DPOAE was induced by parading original sound. f1 and f2(f1:f2=1.22,f2 frequency range,0.553-8.837 kHz,L1=65 dBSPL,L2=55 dBSPL),pure tone signals,were used to measure the routine frequency of pure tone audiometry and test tinnitus matching. Result:Comparing with the relationship between Pure Tone Audiometry and DPOAE,it had 175 ears(78.5%). The tinnitus frequency were 3000 Hz,4000 Hz,6000 Hz, 8000 Hz. DPOAE F2 amplitude dropping frequency range was 3125 Hz,4416 Hz,6250 Hz,and 8837 Hz. There was 194 ears(86.7%). DPOAE and tinnitus frequency F2 amplitude decrease frequency were one to one correspondence. It had 46 ears(20.1%). Conclusion:The relationship between tinnitus frequency and DPOAE decrease frequency is corresponding. They are not one to one correspondence.
