针对航道整治工程中传统护坡混凝土块的缺点,提出了一种采用现代制作工艺生产的高强度机制干硬性混凝土联锁型护坡砖,分析了原材料及配合比的影响因素,阐述了配合比设计方法及生产工艺,通过工程实践证明,该方法能够有效保证护坡混凝土块的外观质量和强度并满足工程要求。

In light of traditional slope-protecting concrete masonry defects in airline governess engineering,the paper puts forward modern high-strength mechanism harsh concrete interlocking slope-protecting concrete masonry,analyzes raw material and mixing proportion influencing fac-tors,and describes mixing proportion design methods and producing technology. Engineering practice proves that:the method can effectively guarantee slope-protecting concrete masonry appearance quality and strength and meet engineering demands.
