通过分析天津某高层住宅的工程地质条件,对桩基础与CFG桩复合地基两种基础方式进行讨论,并阐述了CFG桩复合地基设计的方法,指出该工程经CFG桩复合地基处理后,地基承载力大幅度提高,最终沉降量较小,满足设计要求。

According to the analysis of the engineering geological conditions of some high-rise building in Tianjin,the paper discusses the two foundation approaches,the pile foundation and CFG composite foundation,and illustrates the design method for the CFG composite foundation, and points out the loading capacity of the foundation can be improved with smaller settlement volume after the treatment of the CFG composite foundation,so it meets the demands of design.
