以抗震救灾居民安置实践为基础,构建了居民安置点选址方案评价指标体系,并基于层次分析法( AHP)建立了选址方案模糊综合评价方法,最后在居民安置保障实例中对该方法进行了应用,结果表明,该方法对提升抢险救灾等突发事件居民安置效能具有积极作用。

This thesis analyses the influencing factors and practice of residential spot-choosing support to earthquake disaster affected areas dur-ing rescue operations. Then basing on the method of AHP,it establishes a fuzzy mathematical appraising system to evaluate the support effective-ness of residential spot-choosing project. Finally,the method has been tested by its application in earthquake disaster rescue operation. The re-sult indicates that method is effective to enhance settle down redis during disaster rescue operations.
