采用Pro/Engineer软件建立海洋平台升降系统齿轮齿条啮合的三维几何模型,并将模型导入Abaqus软件,对齿轮齿条的动态啮合过程进行有限元分析,得到齿轮齿条动态啮合过程中接触应力以及齿根应力的变化规律。
採用Pro/Engineer軟件建立海洋平檯升降繫統齒輪齒條齧閤的三維幾何模型,併將模型導入Abaqus軟件,對齒輪齒條的動態齧閤過程進行有限元分析,得到齒輪齒條動態齧閤過程中接觸應力以及齒根應力的變化規律。

The 3-Dimensional Geometry Model for the engagement between the gear and rack of the lifting System of offshore jack-up platforms is established with software Pro/Engineer and is put into software Abaqus to perform infinite element analysis on the dynamic engagement between the gear and rack. The contact stress and the change of stress on the tooth root during the dynamic engagement of gear and rack are obtained.
