目的:探讨认知行为干预护理对抑郁症患者应对方式的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准(第3版)》(CCMD-3)的64例抑郁症患者分为研究组和对照组各32例。两组患者均接受抗抑郁药物治疗,研究组合并认知行为干预护理,对照组仅予常规精神科护理。所有患者在入组时、治疗6周后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表24项( HAMD-24)、抑郁自评量表( SDS )、焦虑自评量表( SAS )及简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)进行评估。结果干预6周后研究组的HAMD-24、SDS、SAS得分较对照组低(P<0.01);研究者组SCSQ中消极应对方式评分较对照组低(P<0.01),积极应对方式评分则高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论认知行为干预护理可能有利于改善抑郁症患者焦虑抑郁情绪和提高其积极应对能力。

목적:탐토인지행위간예호리대억욱증환자응대방식적영향。방법채용수궤수자표법장부합《중국정신장애분류여진단표준(제3판)》(CCMD-3)적64례억욱증환자분위연구조화대조조각32례。량조환자균접수항억욱약물치료,연구조합병인지행위간예호리,대조조부여상규정신과호리。소유환자재입조시、치료6주후채용한밀이돈억욱량표24항( HAMD-24)、억욱자평량표( SDS )、초필자평량표( SAS )급간역응대방식문권(SCSQ)진행평고。결과간예6주후연구조적HAMD-24、SDS、SAS득분교대조조저(P<0.01);연구자조SCSQ중소겁응대방식평분교대조조저(P<0.01),적겁응대방식평분칙고우대조조(P<0.01)。결론인지행위간예호리가능유리우개선억욱증환자초필억욱정서화제고기적겁응대능력。
Objective To explore the impact of cognitive behavior intervention on coping style in patients with depression. Meth-ods 64 patients with depression diagnosed by CCMD-3 were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was treated with anti-depression medications and with general psychiatric care, and research group was treated with antidepression medications and cognitive behavior intervention. The validity were evaluated with Hamilton 's Depression Scale ( HAMD -24 ) , self - rating depression scale ( SDS) ,self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) ,simplified coping style questionnaire( SCSQ) at the base line and 6 weeks after. Results The scores of HAMD-24,SDS,SAS and negative coping style in SCSQ were significantly lower(P<0. 01)in research group compared to those in control group while the score of positive coping style was higher after intervention(P<0. 01). Conclusion Cognitive behavior intervention could relieve the depressive and anxious emotion, enhance the positive coping style and improve the life quality.
