内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司2号600 MW机组电除尘器原供电电源为功耗较大的常规电源,除尘器出口粉尘排放质量浓度>36 mg/m3,超过了国家标准的要求(<30 mg/m3)。在充分利用电除尘器原有设施的基础上,采用软稳电源技术对电除尘器供电电源进行了改造。改造后,当入口粉尘浓度<40 g/m3、燃用单一煤种或混煤时,除尘器出口粉尘排放质量浓度均<30 mg/m3,满足了国家标准的要求;且除尘器耗电量降低了约44%,振打及加热用电量降低了约41%,节能减排效果显著。

The original electrostatic precipitator power supply of No.2 unit (600 MW)was conventional power outlet which power consumption was high in Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Co., Ltd., and electrostatic precipitator dust emission concentration was more than 36 mg/m3, more than the national standard requirements. On the basis of fully using the ESP original facilities, the ESP power supply was reformed by using soft steady power supply technology. After the transformation, when the entrance dust concentration was less than 40 g/m3, using the single coal or coal blending,the ESP export dust emission concentration was less than 30 mg/m3, met the requirements of national standards; and the ESP power consumption was reduced by approximately 44%, rapping and heating power consumption was reduced by approximately 41%, energy-saving and emission reduction effect was remarkable.
