森林灾害的突发性、周期性特点为监测调查带来很大困难,且随着社会经济的快速发展,全面的人工地面调查方法面临严重挑战。今后十几年我国对地观测能力的极速提高,可为森林资源的准实时变化监测提供基础保障。阐述了国产高分遥感数据应用的关键技术方法,展示了其在完善现有地面调查体系中的指导性作用,设计开发了适宜于县或省级应用的原型系统和技术体系,以期为国产高分数据的森林灾害监测应用提供技术示范和支撑。

The characteristics of suddenness and periodicity of forest disaster have caused great difficulties for monitoring and investigation,and with the rapid social and economic development,comprehensive artifi-cial ground survey methods face serious challenges.In the next decade,earth observation capabilities will increase rapidly,which provides a basic guarantee for near real-time monitoring of forest resources.This pa-per mainly discusses the key technology of application of domestic high spatial resolution remote sensing da-ta,and describes its guiding role in the improvement of existing systems of ground investigation.A prototype system has been designed and developed for provincial and county-level applications,so that the potential of domestic high spatial resolution remote sensing in forest disaster monitoring can be demonstrated.
