对红土镍矿堆浸/搅拌浸出工艺进行了中试研究,红土镍矿经洗矿分级后,+0.25 mm粗粒级矿石进行堆浸,-0.25 mm细粒级矿石常压搅拌浸出。结果表明:在堆高4 m,酸耗700 kg/t,浸出时间142 d的柱浸条件下,Ni累计浸出率约80%;在酸耗850 kg/t,浸出时间3.5 h,浸出温度90~95℃,矿浆浓度26%的搅拌浸出条件下,Ni浸出率可以达到85%以上。
對紅土鎳礦堆浸/攪拌浸齣工藝進行瞭中試研究,紅土鎳礦經洗礦分級後,+0.25 mm粗粒級礦石進行堆浸,-0.25 mm細粒級礦石常壓攪拌浸齣。結果錶明:在堆高4 m,痠耗700 kg/t,浸齣時間142 d的柱浸條件下,Ni纍計浸齣率約80%;在痠耗850 kg/t,浸齣時間3.5 h,浸齣溫度90~95℃,礦漿濃度26%的攪拌浸齣條件下,Ni浸齣率可以達到85%以上。
대홍토얼광퇴침/교반침출공예진행료중시연구,홍토얼광경세광분급후,+0.25 mm조립급광석진행퇴침,-0.25 mm세립급광석상압교반침출。결과표명:재퇴고4 m,산모700 kg/t,침출시간142 d적주침조건하,Ni루계침출솔약80%;재산모850 kg/t,침출시간3.5 h,침출온도90~95℃,광장농도26%적교반침출조건하,Ni침출솔가이체도85%이상。
A pilot experiment was conducted on processing of nickel laterites with a combined process consisting of heap leaching and atmospheric tank leaching( ATL) . After stages of scrubbing and screening, the ore was classified into two size fraction, one with size of+0.25 mm as feed to heap leach and another size of-0.25 mm as feed to atmospheric tank leach . It was found that the accumulated extraction rate of Ni was about 80% after column leaching with heap height of 4 m, acid consumption at 700 kg/t and leaching time of 142 d. However, the extraction rate of Ni after ATL could exceed 85% with acid consumption of 850 kg/t, leaching temperature of 90~95 ℃ and leaching time of 3. 5 h, at pulp density of 26%.
