针对方山口石煤钒矿,通过一次粗选一次扫选一次精选闭路浮选脱碳试验,在总钒损失5.82%的条件下,可将石煤中V2 O5品位由0.95%提高到1.09%,脱碳后的石煤样品热值为239 kJ/kg,远低于未脱碳前的石煤热值2404 kJ/kg,有利于后续工艺处理;同时获得的高品位碳精矿,热值达到5458 kJ/kg,可作为燃料使用。

A closed?circuit flotation flowsheet with one roughing, one scavenging and one cleaning was adopted for decarbonizing Fangshankou vanadium?bearing stone coal ore. With a total vanadium loss of 5.82%, the V2 O5 content was increased from 0.95% to 1.09%, and the calorific value for the decarbonized stone coal was reduced significantly from 2 404 kJ/kg to 239 kJ/kg, which are beneficial for the subsequent process. Furthermore, the carbon concentrate simultaneously prepared with a caloric value of 5 458 kJ/kg, can be used as fuel.
