以NM?3为分散剂,针对东鞍山含碳酸盐中矿进行了分散浮选试验研究,确定了最佳分散浮选的工艺条件,即控制pH值为12.0,分散剂NM?3用量为200 g/t,抑制剂淀粉用量为1400 g/t,活化剂氧化钙用量为400 g/t和捕收剂KS?Ⅲ用量为800 g/t,经一粗一精分散浮选闭路试验获得了铁精矿品位为62.32%、回收率为42.57%的良好指标。分散浮选不仅流程简单,而且获得了良好的指标,为利用含碳酸盐中矿奠定了技术工艺基础。

With NM?3 as dispersant, dispersion flotation tests were carried out with Donganshan carbonate?containing middlings, with the optimum dispersion flotation conditions obtained as follows: pH=12. 0, with NM?3 as dispersant ( 200 g/t) and starch as inhibitor ( 1 400 g/t) , CaO as activator ( 400 g/t) and KS?Ⅲas collector ( 800 g/t) . Adopting a closed?circuit flowsheet of one roughing and one cleaning, an iron concentrate with TFe grade and recovery of 62.32%and 42. 57%, respectively, can be prepared. Dispersion flotation technique with simple process, can bring good beneficiation index, thus paving a foundation for future better utilization of carbonate?containing middlings.
