为了解决酒钢难过滤铁精矿脱水难题,经过小型试验、半工业试验,采用加压过滤机用于难过滤铁精矿脱水取得了成功,铁精矿水分12.66%,利用系数0.841 t/( m2·h)。

In view of the iron concentrate of JISCO difficult for dewatering, a series of dewatering experiments including bench test and pilot?scale test were performed for the iron concentrate with pressure filter, resulting in the filter cake with moisture content of 12.66%, showing the production capacity of the filter press reaching 0.841 t/( m2 ·h) .
