南通狼山港区三期集装箱泊位堆场的陆域系由围垦吹填形成,地基加固采用了排水板振动碾压联合处理新技术。天然地基竖向排水板为梅花形分布,吹填砂层中铺设水平向排水板并采用分层吹填、分层铺设、分层碾压施工技术。陆域4.27万m2的地基沉降变形大部分发生在天然淤泥质粘土层中,并在地基处理后的第6个月间趋于稳定。经联合处理后的吹填砂层密实度达到稍密、中密,满足了地基抗震液化的标准及其要求。堆场地基处理竣工至今已安全使用11年,验证了吹填地基排水板振动碾压联合处理新技术的可行性。

The stockyard of Nantong Langshan harbor container terminal Phase-3 project was formed by sea reclamation and dredger fill,and the ground was reinforced by using new technique of drain board combined with vibrating compaction method. Natural ground was improved by laying vertical drain boards in the shape of quincunx, and the dredger sand layer inserted with horizontal drain boards was dredged,laid and compacted by layer. The most settlement deformation of 42 700 m2 land area occurred in natural silt clay stratum,which tended toward stabilization in the sixth month after foundation treatment. The treated dredger sand layer was of slight or medium degree of density which could meet the requirements for seismic liquefaction resistance. The stockyard has been safely used for 11 years since relevant foundation treatment was completed,which verifies the feasibility of new technology of drain board combined with vibrating compaction on the dredger fill foundation.
