文中通过论述实践基地建设的意义、当前实践基地建设的现状与不足，提出了建设和改善化学化工专业校外实践基地的必要性以及实践基地建设的基本原则是实现“校、企、生”三方共赢；文中进一步论述了校外实践基地建设方法、包括建立校外实践基地管理保障体系、实践基地主要建设内容、校外实践基地建设质量标准评估方案和发展校外实践基地的注意事项。

Through analyzing the significance, the current situations and deficiencies of practice base, this paper puts for-ward the necessity of the construction and improvement of the off-campus practice base for chemistry and chemical engineering, and the basic principles of the construction———the realization of the three win-win for“School, Enterprise and Student".This pa-per further discusses the construction methods for the off-campus practice base, including considerations to establish the manage-ment system, the main contents, quality assessment scheme and the matters.
