目的：探索一种术后预防味觉出汗综合症发生的方法。方法腮腺良性肿瘤患者68例均行腮腺浅叶或全叶切除术，随机分为观察组（n＝38）和对照组（n＝30）两组，观察组术中植入脱细胞异体真皮基质，对照组用常规术式，术后随访评价味觉出汗综合征的发生率。结果术后6个月复查时，观察组味觉出汗综合征的发生率为31.58％（12／38），对照组发生率为70.00％（21／30），两组之间比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论腮腺手术中采用脱细胞异体真皮基质可以有效预防味觉出汗综合征的发生。
목적：탐색일충술후예방미각출한종합증발생적방법。방법시선량성종류환자68례균행시선천협혹전협절제술，수궤분위관찰조（n＝38）화대조조（n＝30）량조，관찰조술중식입탈세포이체진피기질，대조조용상규술식，술후수방평개미각출한종합정적발생솔。결과술후6개월복사시，관찰조미각출한종합정적발생솔위31.58％（12／38），대조조발생솔위70.00％（21／30），량조지간비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론시선수술중채용탈세포이체진피기질가이유효예방미각출한종합정적발생。
Objective To seek a method for preventing the happening of the Frey's syndrome after parotidectomy .Methods 68 cases of parotid benign tumor patients sufferred from removal of the superficial leaf or the whole leaf ,were randomly divided into observation group (n=38) and the control group (n=30) .All the patients in observation group were implanted into acellu‐lar dermis matrix was peroformed 6 moths later ,and the control group with conventional surgery ,proceeding postoperative fol‐low‐up and objective evaluating the incidence of Frey's syndrome .Results 6 months after the parotid gland surgery ,the inci‐dence of Frey's syndrome in observation group was 31.58% (12/38) ,and the incidence in the control group was 70.00% (21/30) ,the differences between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion Implantation of acellular dermis matrix in parotid gland surgery could effectively prevent the happening of Frey's syndrome .
