目的:以某院分离所得226株鲍曼不动杆菌为对象,对其感染特点及耐药性进行分析。方法通过 MiCroscan Walkaway‐40型全自动细菌鉴定系统进行菌种鉴定,采用K‐B纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果该菌来源以痰液标本为主(占74.8%),科室分布主要在呼吸内科(占38.6%);在16种常用抗生素中,该菌对多黏菌素E、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦和米诺环素的耐药率较低,依次为6.8、17.3和21.2%;但对以往较敏感的碳青霉烯类药物出现了耐药,除了阿米卡星耐药率为67.9%以外,该菌对氨基糖苷类和氟喹诺酮类抗生素耐药率均在80%以上。结论鲍曼不动杆菌耐药严重,且耐药谱存在地区、医院之间差异,应当加强药敏检测,才能有效预防和控制感染。

목적:이모원분리소득226주포만불동간균위대상,대기감염특점급내약성진행분석。방법통과 MiCroscan Walkaway‐40형전자동세균감정계통진행균충감정,채용K‐B지편확산법진행약민시험。결과해균래원이담액표본위주(점74.8%),과실분포주요재호흡내과(점38.6%);재16충상용항생소중,해균대다점균소E、두포고동/서파탄화미낙배소적내약솔교저,의차위6.8、17.3화21.2%;단대이왕교민감적탄청매희류약물출현료내약,제료아미잡성내약솔위67.9%이외,해균대안기당감류화불규낙동류항생소내약솔균재80%이상。결론포만불동간균내약엄중,차내약보존재지구、의원지간차이,응당가강약민검측,재능유효예방화공제감염。
Objective To analyze the infection characteristics and drug resistance of 226 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii from a hospital .Methods The strains identification was implemented through automatic bacteria identification system of Mi‐Croscan type Walkaway‐40 ,the drug sensitivity test was carried out by using K‐B disk diffusion method .Results The sources of the bacteria was from sputum specimens (74.8% ) ,distributing mainly in the department of internal medicine (38.6% );Lower rates of bacteria resistant to polymyxin E ,cefoperazone/sulbactam and minocycline followed by 6.8% ,17.3% and 21.2% in the 16 kinds of antibiotics ;But for the past more sensitive to carbapenems appeared resistant ,except amikacin was 67.9% ,the strain of aminoglycosides and fluoroquinolones antibiotic resistance rates above 80% .Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii resistant was severe ,there was difference between hospitals and regions about resistance spectrum .Therefore ,sus‐ceptibility testing should be strengthened in order to effectively prevent and control infection .
