目的：通过检测慢性前列腺炎Ⅱ型、ⅢA型、ⅢB型患者前列腺液中IL‐8、IL‐10及Hs‐CRP的表达，探讨其在慢性前列腺炎诊断及治疗中的意义。方法选取有明显慢性前列腺炎综合征症状、符合NIH前列腺炎诊断标准的患者为研究组，根据NIH标准分为Ⅱ、ⅢA、ⅢB型，选取健康查体无任何临床症状的就诊者作为对照组。收集各组研究对象的前列腺液，测定慢性前列腺炎Ⅱ、ⅢA、ⅢB型患者前列腺液中炎性因子IL‐8、IL‐10及 Hs‐CRP含量。结果 Ⅱ、ⅢA及ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎患者组前列腺液中IL‐8水平分别高于对照组，差别有统计学意义。Ⅱ型和ⅢA型患者前列腺液中IL‐10水平高于对照组，差别有统计学意义，但Ⅱ型和ⅢA型组之间及ⅢB型与对照组之间前列腺液中IL‐10含量差异无统计学意义。Ⅱ型患者组EPS中Hs‐CRP含量明显高于对照组，差别有统计学意义；ⅢA 组和ⅢB与对照组比较差别无明显统计学意义。结论 IL‐8、IL‐10及Hs‐CRP参与了慢性前列腺炎的病理过程，检测其在慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中的水平变化，对慢性前列腺炎的诊断、分型及疗效观察具有重要的临床价值。
목적：통과검측만성전렬선염Ⅱ형、ⅢA형、ⅢB형환자전렬선액중IL‐8、IL‐10급Hs‐CRP적표체，탐토기재만성전렬선염진단급치료중적의의。방법선취유명현만성전렬선염종합정증상、부합NIH전렬선염진단표준적환자위연구조，근거NIH표준분위Ⅱ、ⅢA、ⅢB형，선취건강사체무임하림상증상적취진자작위대조조。수집각조연구대상적전렬선액，측정만성전렬선염Ⅱ、ⅢA、ⅢB형환자전렬선액중염성인자IL‐8、IL‐10급 Hs‐CRP함량。결과 Ⅱ、ⅢA급ⅢB형만성전렬선염환자조전렬선액중IL‐8수평분별고우대조조，차별유통계학의의。Ⅱ형화ⅢA형환자전렬선액중IL‐10수평고우대조조，차별유통계학의의，단Ⅱ형화ⅢA형조지간급ⅢB형여대조조지간전렬선액중IL‐10함량차이무통계학의의。Ⅱ형환자조EPS중Hs‐CRP함량명현고우대조조，차별유통계학의의；ⅢA 조화ⅢB여대조조비교차별무명현통계학의의。결론 IL‐8、IL‐10급Hs‐CRP삼여료만성전렬선염적병리과정，검측기재만성전렬선염환자전렬선액중적수평변화，대만성전렬선염적진단、분형급료효관찰구유중요적림상개치。
Objective To investigate the levels of IL‐8、IL‐10 and Hs‐CRP in expressed prostatic secretions(EPS) of patients with chronic typeⅡ and ⅢA and ⅢB prostatitis ,and explore their possible role in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pros‐tatitis .Methods The patients with chronic prostatitis syndrome and accorded with the demands of chronic prostatitis of NIH were selected as research object .They were divided into the typeⅡ and ⅢA and ⅢB according to NIH classification .Normal men were chosen as control group .The levels of IL‐8、IL‐10 and Hs‐CRP in EPS of all groups were detected .Results The lev‐els of IL‐8 in EPS of typeⅡ and ⅢA and ⅢB were higher than that of control group .The levels of IL‐10 in EPS of typeⅡ andⅢA were higher than those of control group .But the difference of IL‐10 in EPS of typeⅡ and ⅢA as well as that of typeⅢB and control group was not significantly .The levels of Hs‐CRP in EPS of typeⅡwere higher than those of control group signifi‐cantly .But the difference of Hs‐CRP in EPS of typeⅢ A and ⅢB was not significantly .Conclusion IL‐8、IL‐10 and Hs‐CRP took part in the pathological process of Chronic Prostatitis .Detecting their changes in EPS of patients with chronic prostatitis had important clinical value in judgement of the diagnose ,classification and curative of chronic prostatitis .
