目的：探讨腋臭衣应用于小切口大汗腺清除术对术后并发症的影响的总结。方法：180例小切口大汗腺清除术后应用腋臭衣加压的患者，术后包扎切口后穿上腋臭衣固定。密切观察切口及全身情况，做好术后指导。结果：180例行腋臭清除术后应用腋臭衣加压固定患者，切口全部Ⅰ期愈合，未出现皮下血肿、皮瓣坏死等并发症。结论：腋臭衣应用于小切口大汗腺清除术后，减少并发症的发生率，减轻病人痛苦。

목적：탐토액취의응용우소절구대한선청제술대술후병발증적영향적총결。방법：180례소절구대한선청제술후응용액취의가압적환자，술후포찰절구후천상액취의고정。밀절관찰절구급전신정황，주호술후지도。결과：180례행액취청제술후응용액취의가압고정환자，절구전부Ⅰ기유합，미출현피하혈종、피판배사등병발증。결론：액취의응용우소절구대한선청제술후，감소병발증적발생솔，감경병인통고。
Objective:Todiscussabouttheinfluencesofcomplicationof the application of the underarm odorclothesafterexcisionofapocrineglandsforthetreatmentofosmidrosisandsummaryitsoutcomes. Methods: therewere 180 cases in our hospital. Before operation, we told patients the methods andtheoriesoftheoperationtomadethem have a correct expectation. During operation, we relieve patients and clam downtheirtension.Afteroperation,wore the underarm odor clothes after binding up and focus on the wound and whole body. Make sure the properinstruction after the operation. Results: These180casesallhealaftertheoperation,notcomplications.Conclusion:The use of underarm odor clothes can reduce the rate of complications and relieve the patients'suffering.
