目的：探讨腹腔镜下大子宫切除的临床可行性及手术技巧。方法：回顾分析腹腔镜下大子宫全切84例临床资料，包括术前评估、手术情况、术后随诊。结果：84例均在腹腔镜下顺利完成，无1例中转开腹，无严重并发症。结论：有经验的腔镜医师，合理选择使用腹腔镜手术器械，腹腔镜下大子宫切除是安全可行的。
목적：탐토복강경하대자궁절제적림상가행성급수술기교。방법：회고분석복강경하대자궁전절84례림상자료，포괄술전평고、수술정황、술후수진。결과：84례균재복강경하순리완성，무1례중전개복，무엄중병발증。결론：유경험적강경의사，합리선택사용복강경수술기계，복강경하대자궁절제시안전가행적。
Objective:Toinvestigateclinicalfeasibilityandtechniquesoflaparoscopichysterectomyforpatientswith large uterus.Methods: 84patientswithlargeuterus,whounderwentlaparoscopichysterectomyinourhospital,including preoperative evaluation, surgery situation, postoperative followed-up. Results: 84casesweresuccessfullycompleted in laparoscopic, without conversion to open surgery and without serious complications after the operation. Conclusion: Laparoscopichysterectomyissafeandfeasibleforpatientswithlargeuterus,aslongastheoperatorsareexperienced and laparoscopic instruments are properly selected .
