以玉米秸秆、马铃薯废渣为原料,采用磷酸活化法制备了活性炭,并对其进行了 BET、TG/DTG、SEM 等表征.研究了原料、浸渍比对活性炭样品吸附亚甲基蓝性能的影响,用准一级动力学模型、准二级动力学模型以及Langmuir、Freundlich、Toth 吸附等温模型对亚甲基蓝吸附数据进行了拟合.结果表明,在马铃薯废渣与玉米秸秆干重比为1∶1,浸渍比为1 50%,活化温度为700℃,活化时间为60 min 的条件下,所得活性炭吸附性能最优,对亚甲基蓝的吸附量可达383.0 mg·g-1,为国家一级品标准的2.84倍.

Activated carbons are prepared from potato waste residue and corn straw by chemical activation with phosphoric acid,and are characterized by BET,TG/DTG and SEM.The effect of raw material, impregnation ratio on adsorption performance is studied.The kinetic studies are fitted by the pseudo-first order kinetic model and pseudo-second order kinetic model. The experimental adsorption data are interpreted using the following adsorption isotherms, such as Langmuir, Freundlich and Toth. The results show that the optimized condition preparation is the ratio of potato waste residue and corn straw 1∶1,impregnated ratio 150%,activation temperature 700 ℃ and activation time 60 min.Importantly, the adsorption capacity of methylene blue(MB)is 383.0 mg·g-1 ,which is 2.84 times larger than that of the national standard.
