目的：探讨脑出血患者行临床路径护理模式的应用价值。方法将富顺县人民医院神经内科接收的88例脑出血患者随机分为对照组与观察组（均44例），对照组行常规护理，观察组行临床路径护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果两组于治疗14d后，对照组的Barthel指数、健康知识掌握率、护理满意度分别以（45．9±5．4）、40．9％、79．5％明显低于观察组的（76．9±9．0）、88．6％、93．2％，且住院费用以（16954．2 ±401 ．0）元明显高于观察组的（12749．8±354．6）元（P均＜0．05）。结论脑出血患者行临床路径护理模式具有极高的应用价值，值得推广。

목적：탐토뇌출혈환자행림상로경호리모식적응용개치。방법장부순현인민의원신경내과접수적88례뇌출혈환자수궤분위대조조여관찰조（균44례），대조조행상규호리，관찰조행림상로경호리，대비량조환자적호리효과。결과량조우치료14d후，대조조적Barthel지수、건강지식장악솔、호리만의도분별이（45．9±5．4）、40．9％、79．5％명현저우관찰조적（76．9±9．0）、88．6％、93．2％，차주원비용이（16954．2 ±401 ．0）원명현고우관찰조적（12749．8±354．6）원（P균＜0．05）。결론뇌출혈환자행림상로경호리모식구유겁고적응용개치，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the value of cerebral hemorrhage patients underwent clinical pathway care model. Methods 88 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in Fushun County People's Hospital,Department of Neurology,received randomly divided into control group and observation group (44 cases),the control group underwent routine care,nursing clinical pathway group were observed,compared two groups of patients in nursing effect . Results The two groups after the treatment 1 4d,Barthel index in the control group,the rate of health knowledge,nursing satisfaction,respectively (45. 9 ±5. 4),40. 9%,79. 5%was significantly lower than in the observation group (76. 9 ±9. 0),88. 6%,93. 2%,and the cost of hospitalization to (1 6954. 2 ±401 . 0)million was sig-nificantly higher than in the observation group (12749. 8 ±354. 6)million (P<0. 05). Conclusion The patients with cerebral hemorrhage clinical pathway care model has a very high value,worthy of promotion.
