目的：通过数字化医院建设，实现医院各项数据互联互通、资源共享，达到提高医院的管理水平、医疗服务水平和工作效率的目的。方法：采用总体规划、分步实施数字化医院建设的思路，明确目标，多方协调，有序推进，优化整合。结果：建立以财务管理为基础，以临床应用为主线，以质量控制为核心的数据共享平台，全面打造数字化医院。结论：数字化医院建设的关键是从医院实际出发，要求思路清晰、规划具体、稳步推进和提高效率。

Objective: With the deepening of reform of public hospitals to carry out and information technology advances, through digital hospital construction, hospital of the data interoperability, resource sharing, to improve the level of hospital management, medical services and work efficiency. Methods:Through overall planning, step by step building ideas, clear goals, multi-party coordination, orderly, optimization and integration. Results: Establish a financial management as the basis, the clinical application of the main line to quality control as the core data sharing platform, creating a comprehensive digital hospital. Conclusion: Digital hospital construction is the key to reality from the hospital, clear thinking, planning specific steadily, and improve efficiency.
