目的：探讨护患沟通在乙肝门诊患者护理中的应用。方法选取2012年4月～2013年4月间本院门诊收治的乙肝患者47例，分为两组。对照组采取一般护理，观察组同时给予有效的护患沟通，对比两组护理效果。结果观察组SAS与SDS评分明显优于对照组，两组护理效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论乙肝门诊患者护理中应用有效的护患沟通能够缓解患者抑郁、焦虑情绪，改善生活质量，值得临床广泛应用。
목적：탐토호환구통재을간문진환자호리중적응용。방법선취2012년4월～2013년4월간본원문진수치적을간환자47례，분위량조。대조조채취일반호리，관찰조동시급여유효적호환구통，대비량조호리효과。결과관찰조SAS여SDS평분명현우우대조조，량조호리효과차이현저，유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론을간문진환자호리중응용유효적호환구통능구완해환자억욱、초필정서，개선생활질량，치득림상엄범응용。
Objective To investigate the application of nurse patient communication in nursing care of patients with hepatitis B in outpatient clinic. Methods 47 patients with hepatitis B in 201 2 April --201 3 April treated in our hospital between the cases,divided into two groups. The control group took the general nursing,the observation group also gives the effective communication between nurses and patients,comparing the two groups of nursing effect. Results in the observation group,SAS and SDS scores were significantly better than the control group,the difference of nursing effect of the two groups was sig-nificant,with statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion the nursing of patients with hepatitis B in clinic application of effective nurse patient communica-tion can relieve depression,anxiety,improve the quality of life,and is worth in clinical application.
