目的：观察米力农联合丹参川穹嗪注射液治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的治疗效果，并作出客观评价。方法选取近一年来在本院接受治疗的46例肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者为本次的观察对象，根据随机分配对比原则，将患者分成人数均等的两组进行比较，其中接受常规综合治疗的为对照组，在此基础上加用米力农联合丹参川穹嗪注射液治疗的作为观察组，分别观察两组患者治疗情况并进行比较。结果经治疗两组患者病情均得到不同程度的缓解，但通过对整体治疗效果的评价，观察组治疗有效性显著优于对照组，且差别具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论米力农联合丹参川穹嗪治疗肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭比常规综合治疗具有更高的安全性及有效性，临床治疗用药选择时应尤为注意。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of milrinone combined with Danshen Ligustrazin injection in the treatment of heart failure of pul-monary heart disease,and make an objective evaluation. Methods It was selected nearly a year to receive treatment in our hospital 46 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure patients as the observation object,according to the random distribution of the contrast principle,the patients were divided into equal number of two groups were compared,which received conventional therapy as the control group,on the basis of treated with milrinone combined with Danshen Ligustrazin injection as the observation group,the two groups were observed and compared with the treatment of patients. Results The treatment group two patients were reduced in different degrees,but throμgh the overall therapeutic effect evaluation,observation group treatment effectiveness is significantly bet-ter than the control group,and with statistically significant difference(P<0. 05 ). Conclusion Milrinone combined with Danshen Ligustrazin for treatment of pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure is more safe and effective than the conventional therapy,It should be especially paid attention to the clini-cal treatment choice.
