目的:观察分析头体一体式体位固定板在全中枢神经系统放射治疗中的优势。方法:回顾性分析20例使用螺旋断层放疗设备实施全中枢放疗的患者资料,其中10例使用了头体一体式体位固定板,10例使用了头体分体式固定板,将两组患者在治疗过程中各个方向的摆位误差数据进行分析。结果:头体一体式体位固定板组患者X轴和Y轴方向摆位误差显著小于头体分体式固定板组,其差异有统计学意义(t=3.489,t=4.750;P<0.05);Z轴方向摆位误差两组比较无显著差异。结论:头体一体式体位固定板在全中枢放疗时可以减小头脚方向的摆位误差,与螺旋断层调强放疗相结合可提高治疗精度,缩短治疗时间,值得在临床工作中广泛应用。
目的:觀察分析頭體一體式體位固定闆在全中樞神經繫統放射治療中的優勢。方法:迴顧性分析20例使用螺鏇斷層放療設備實施全中樞放療的患者資料,其中10例使用瞭頭體一體式體位固定闆,10例使用瞭頭體分體式固定闆,將兩組患者在治療過程中各箇方嚮的襬位誤差數據進行分析。結果:頭體一體式體位固定闆組患者X軸和Y軸方嚮襬位誤差顯著小于頭體分體式固定闆組,其差異有統計學意義(t=3.489,t=4.750;P<0.05);Z軸方嚮襬位誤差兩組比較無顯著差異。結論:頭體一體式體位固定闆在全中樞放療時可以減小頭腳方嚮的襬位誤差,與螺鏇斷層調彊放療相結閤可提高治療精度,縮短治療時間,值得在臨床工作中廣汎應用。
목적:관찰분석두체일체식체위고정판재전중추신경계통방사치료중적우세。방법:회고성분석20례사용라선단층방료설비실시전중추방료적환자자료,기중10례사용료두체일체식체위고정판,10례사용료두체분체식고정판,장량조환자재치료과정중각개방향적파위오차수거진행분석。결과:두체일체식체위고정판조환자X축화Y축방향파위오차현저소우두체분체식고정판조,기차이유통계학의의(t=3.489,t=4.750;P<0.05);Z축방향파위오차량조비교무현저차이。결론:두체일체식체위고정판재전중추방료시가이감소두각방향적파위오차,여라선단층조강방료상결합가제고치료정도,축단치료시간,치득재림상공작중엄범응용。
Objective: To observe the advantages of single head-body board in decreasing positioning error for cranniospinal irradiation. Methods:Twenty patients accepting craniospinal irradiation treated with tomotherapy. Ten of the patients used the head-board plus body-board separately to fix up the body in treatment, and another 10 used the single head-body board. The data of positioning error and side effects during the treatment were analyzed. Results:The positioning error in patients using head-body board was less than that using the head-board plus body-board in X and Y direction (t=3.489, t=4.750;P<0.05), and the compare data of the positioning error in Z directions had no statistical significance. Conclusion: The single head-body board can decrease the positioning error in superior-inferior direction for craniospinal irradiation, and it can shorten the treatment time, so it is worth wide usage in clinical treatment. The advice is to design different types and plastic models to fit patients with different ages and different body types.
