目的:分析64排CT在蝶窦侧壁中的影像征象、诸多发育变异中相关解剖的显示及与临床应用解剖学对照。方法:随机抽取门诊行64排CT查体其结果为阴性的600例影像资料,回顾性对图像信息重建后与临床应用解剖学对照进行影像解剖信息分析。结果:64排CT影像信息显示,甲介型107例,鞍前型86例,全鞍型407例,蝶骨气化程度变异较大,男、女性别差异不明显,气化分型不一样,解剖关系、影像解剖显示对比度差异明显。结论:64排CT影像成像设备对临床术前了解蝶窦侧壁解剖发育变异等信息效果显著,具有一定的参考作用及指导意义。
目的:分析64排CT在蝶竇側壁中的影像徵象、諸多髮育變異中相關解剖的顯示及與臨床應用解剖學對照。方法:隨機抽取門診行64排CT查體其結果為陰性的600例影像資料,迴顧性對圖像信息重建後與臨床應用解剖學對照進行影像解剖信息分析。結果:64排CT影像信息顯示,甲介型107例,鞍前型86例,全鞍型407例,蝶骨氣化程度變異較大,男、女性彆差異不明顯,氣化分型不一樣,解剖關繫、影像解剖顯示對比度差異明顯。結論:64排CT影像成像設備對臨床術前瞭解蝶竇側壁解剖髮育變異等信息效果顯著,具有一定的參攷作用及指導意義。
목적:분석64배CT재접두측벽중적영상정상、제다발육변이중상관해부적현시급여림상응용해부학대조。방법:수궤추취문진행64배CT사체기결과위음성적600례영상자료,회고성대도상신식중건후여림상응용해부학대조진행영상해부신식분석。결과:64배CT영상신식현시,갑개형107례,안전형86례,전안형407례,접골기화정도변이교대,남、녀성별차이불명현,기화분형불일양,해부관계、영상해부현시대비도차이명현。결론:64배CT영상성상설비대림상술전료해접두측벽해부발육변이등신식효과현저,구유일정적삼고작용급지도의의。
Objective: To analyze 64 row CT images in sphenoid sinus wall signs, especially many developmental variations related anatomic and clinical applied anatomy display and control. Methods: Random outpatient service charge line 64 row CT examination results 600 cases of the patients were negative, reconstruction of image information and clinical applied anatomy contrast analysis imaging anatomical information. Results: Reference for clinical application of sphenoid sinus wall anatomy data, in 64 patients with 64 row CT image information display, JiaJie type 107 cases, 86 cases of saddle type, all 407 cases of saddle type, degree of sphenoid gasification variation is larger, male female gender difference is not obvious, the gasification parting, anatomical relations show obvious contrast difference image anatomy. Conclusion:64 row CT image imaging equipment in sphenoid sinus wall image shows obvious effect in anatomy, to understand clinical preoperative sphenoid sinus wall anatomic variation information development effect is remarkable, may play a role of reference and guidance value.
