目的:探讨中国人群代谢综合征各组分与抵抗素的相关性,为防控代谢综合征提供理论依据。方法:运用Review Manager 5.0和SAS.8.2对抵抗素与中国人群代谢综合征各组分相关性进行综合分析。结果:共纳入研究25篇文献,Meta分析结果显示,肥胖组的加权均数差(WMD)值=8.75(95%CI=7.91~9.85),糖尿病的WMD值=1.45(95%CI=0.20~2.70),高血压的WMD值=4.56(95%CI=2.53~6.60),高脂血症的WMD值=2.08(95%CI=1.04~3.12),高尿酸血症的WMD值=9.59(95%CI=4.59~14.60),其差异均有统计学意义(Z=20.53,Z=2.28,Z=4.40, Z=3.93,Z=3.76;P<0.05)。结论:中国人群中代谢综合征各组分与抵抗素均相关,抵抗素是患代谢综合征疾病的危险因素之一。

Objective:To explore the Chinese components of metabolic syndrome associated with resistin, provides the theory basis for the prevention and control of metabolic syndrome. Methods: Using Review Manager 5 and SAS.8.2 on Resistin and metabolic syndrome was China comprehensive analysis of correlation. Results:25 studies were included in the study, the results of Meta analysis showed, the obese group WMD value=6.43 (95%CI=0.39~12.43), diabetes WMD=1.45 (95%CI=0.20~2.70), hypertension WMD=4.56 (95%CI=2.53~6.60), high fat with WMD=2.08(95%CI=1.04~3.12), hyperuricemia WMD=9.59(95%CI=4.59~14.6), The difference wasstatistically significant(Z=20.53, Z=2.28, Z=4.40, Z=3.93, Z=3.76, P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese population components of metabolic syndrome and resistin were related, resistin is patient risk factors for metabolic syndrome disease.
