目的：为加强急诊医生对急诊就诊患者流向的掌控，提高急诊患者就诊安全，研制急诊患者流向系统的医疗软件。方法：在普通门诊系统的基础功能上，扩充患者列表的分类，增加患者流向的记录、展示和医生交接班等功能，在医院信息系统(HIS)的平台上研制开发能够记录急诊患者就诊流向与就诊行为的信息系统软件。结果：研制开发的急诊患者流向系统能够记录患者在急诊就诊时的流向及全部就诊行为。结论：通过应用急诊患者流向系统，能够实现急诊医生对急诊患者全程就诊状态的掌控，可较为圆满地达到预期目的。
목적：위가강급진의생대급진취진환자류향적장공，제고급진환자취진안전，연제급진환자류향계통적의료연건。방법：재보통문진계통적기출공능상，확충환자렬표적분류，증가환자류향적기록、전시화의생교접반등공능，재의원신식계통(HIS)적평태상연제개발능구기록급진환자취진류향여취진행위적신식계통연건。결과：연제개발적급진환자류향계통능구기록환자재급진취진시적류향급전부취진행위。결론：통과응용급진환자류향계통，능구실현급진의생대급진환자전정취진상태적장공，가교위원만지체도예기목적。
Objective:To develop an information system for emergency department in order to strengthen the control of emergency patient flow and improve patient security. Methods: The software which can record the emergency medical treatment seeking behavior of patients was developed on the platform of the hospital information system (HIS) and inherited the Patient Index of HIS. Results:The emergency observation information system has been put into service in clinic applications. It can record the flow and all behavior of emergency patients. Conclusion:The application of emergency patient flow tracking system makes it possible for doctors to control the status of patient attendance. The anticipate purpose was fulfilled fairly well.
