为提高智能变电站继电保护的智能化水平，针对继电保护测试，提出一种在线测试方案。该测试方案通过在运行的变电站网络上增加测试主机，利用已有的MU和智能终端完成继电保护的功能测试过程。测试主机具备基本测试、仿真分析和录波回放等多种功能。测试主机生成测试数据，下发到MU和智能终端，由主机触发完成自动测试过程，同时判断继电保护动作逻辑的正确性。进而研究继电保护在线测试的安全性措施，包括装置功能软压板设置、检修状态设置等。实验室系统验证了方案的可行性。

ABSTRACT:In order to improve the intelligence level of relay protection used in the smart substation,this paper proposes an online test program for relay protection. The test program uses the existing MU and intelligent terminal to complete the function testing process of the relay protection by adding the test host on the network of the substation in operation. The test host is equipped with basic testing,simulation,wave recording play-back and other functions. The test data generated by the test host is sent to the MU and intelligent terminals and the test host triggers the automatic test process,and then judges the result of protective actions. The paper also studies online test security measures,including the virtual isolator setting,repair status and other settings. The test in the laboratory verifies the feasibility of the system.
