针对在日常接触网检修过程中，工作票制度与地线信息未有效关联的现状，设计了一种作业过程中实时监测地线挂接状态且与操作票相关联的系统。本系统具有直观的图形界面，用户通过鼠标点击或键盘操作即可完成一次开票过程。在操作票生成之前，系统会根据自动监测到的地线信息，并依据规则库调度进行停送电防误闭锁，实现地线信息的集中管理，提高了检修作业的安全性。
침대재일상접촉망검수과정중，공작표제도여지선신식미유효관련적현상，설계료일충작업과정중실시감측지선괘접상태차여조작표상관련적계통。본계통구유직관적도형계면，용호통과서표점격혹건반조작즉가완성일차개표과정。재조작표생성지전，계통회근거자동감측도적지선신식，병의거규칙고조도진행정송전방오폐쇄，실현지선신식적집중관리，제고료검수작업적안전성。
ABSTRACT:In the light of strange relationship between the system of work ticket and the information management system of earth wire during daily process of power system maintenance. This article designs a sort of real-time monitoring earth wire information and creates work ticket voluntarily. This system is provided with the visual figures,and users accomplish manu-facture work ticket through mouse click and keyboard entry. Before work ticket accomplished,this system would lock blac-kout and power transmission based on earth wire information which has been collected and rule base. It realizes earth wire information centralized management, and improves safety of repair and maintenance.
