重心高度是影响汽车操纵稳定性、平顺性和安全性的重要指标。重心高度过大可能引起严重的交通事故。为此,文中提出了一种基于动态制动模型的汽车重心动态测量方法,该方法利用平板式检测台,根据测得的轴重和制动力来估算汽车重心;建立了汽车重心位置动态检测系统,并利用实车实验对文中方法进行,发现该方法的检测值更接近汽车行驶的实际值;采用该方法对3辆不同车型的汽车重心高度进行测量,结果表明,该方法具有较高的测量精度和效率,适用于任何车型的重心测量。
重心高度是影響汽車操縱穩定性、平順性和安全性的重要指標。重心高度過大可能引起嚴重的交通事故。為此,文中提齣瞭一種基于動態製動模型的汽車重心動態測量方法,該方法利用平闆式檢測檯,根據測得的軸重和製動力來估算汽車重心;建立瞭汽車重心位置動態檢測繫統,併利用實車實驗對文中方法進行,髮現該方法的檢測值更接近汽車行駛的實際值;採用該方法對3輛不同車型的汽車重心高度進行測量,結果錶明,該方法具有較高的測量精度和效率,適用于任何車型的重心測量。

The center of gravity (CG)height of a vehicle is an important indicator that affects the stability,smooth-ness and security of the vehicle.Too much CG height of a vehicle may lead to a serious traffic accident.In order to solve this problem,a dynamic method measuring CG of a vehicle is proposed on the basis of a dynamic braking model.This method utilizes a plate-type test bench to estimate the height of CG of a vehicle according to measured axle mass and brake force.Then,a dynamic detection system of the CG position of a vehicle is established,and a real vehicle experiment is performed to verify the proposed method.It is found that the detection value of the pro-posed method is closer to the actual one in the driving process of the vehicle.Meanwhile,the proposed method is employed to obtain the CG height of three different types of vehicles.The results show that the proposed method is higher in measurement accuracy and efficiency,and suitable for the measurement of the CG of vehicles of any type.
