目的:研究伽玛刀放射外科治疗原发性三叉神经痛的长期有效性和安全性。方法:对随访时间超过60个月、仅接受过1次伽玛刀放射外科治疗的原发性三叉神经痛患者进行回顾性分析,总结患者的长期疼痛控制率、并发症发生率并进行相关因素分析。结果:对69例患者的平均随访时间为92个月。疼痛控制率I级14例(占20.3%);II级10例(占14.5%);III级26例(占37.7%);IV级13例(占18.8%);V级6例(占8.7%)。11例(占15.9%)患者出现面部感觉异常,无严重不良反应。患者的年龄、性别及疼痛的部位不影响伽玛刀的疗效。结论:伽玛刀放射外科治疗三叉神经痛疗效确切,不良反应发生率低,是不能耐受手术患者的较好治疗方式。
目的:研究伽瑪刀放射外科治療原髮性三扠神經痛的長期有效性和安全性。方法:對隨訪時間超過60箇月、僅接受過1次伽瑪刀放射外科治療的原髮性三扠神經痛患者進行迴顧性分析,總結患者的長期疼痛控製率、併髮癥髮生率併進行相關因素分析。結果:對69例患者的平均隨訪時間為92箇月。疼痛控製率I級14例(佔20.3%);II級10例(佔14.5%);III級26例(佔37.7%);IV級13例(佔18.8%);V級6例(佔8.7%)。11例(佔15.9%)患者齣現麵部感覺異常,無嚴重不良反應。患者的年齡、性彆及疼痛的部位不影響伽瑪刀的療效。結論:伽瑪刀放射外科治療三扠神經痛療效確切,不良反應髮生率低,是不能耐受手術患者的較好治療方式。
목적:연구가마도방사외과치료원발성삼차신경통적장기유효성화안전성。방법:대수방시간초과60개월、부접수과1차가마도방사외과치료적원발성삼차신경통환자진행회고성분석,총결환자적장기동통공제솔、병발증발생솔병진행상관인소분석。결과:대69례환자적평균수방시간위92개월。동통공제솔I급14례(점20.3%);II급10례(점14.5%);III급26례(점37.7%);IV급13례(점18.8%);V급6례(점8.7%)。11례(점15.9%)환자출현면부감각이상,무엄중불량반응。환자적년령、성별급동통적부위불영향가마도적료효。결론:가마도방사외과치료삼차신경통료효학절,불량반응발생솔저,시불능내수수술환자적교호치료방식。
Objective:To assess the long-term safety and efficacy of gamma knife radiosurgery for treatment of typical trigeminal neuralgia (TN). Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the typical trigeminal neuralgia patients who received only single gamma knife radiosurgery treatment and the follow-up time for more than 60 months, To assess the long-term safety and efficacy of the treatment for TN, the related factors were analyzed at last. Results: A total of 69 patients were enrolled in this study and the mean follow-up time were 92 months(60-128 months). According to the pain intensity scale at the last follow-up, 14 cases(20.3%) were grade I, 10 cases(14.5%) were grade II, 26 cases(37.7%) were grade III, 13 cases(18.8%) were grade IV and 6 cases(8.7%) were grade V. Facial sensory dysfunction occurred in 15.9%of patients, but no serious treatment-related complications were found. The age, sex and pain site does not affect the gamma knife’s efficacy. Conclusion:Gamma knife radiosurgery is a safe and effective long-term treatment method for TN and should be considered as an alternative option for the patients who cannot tolerate invasive surgery.
